We had several massive, complicated proposals that we couldn’t adequately complete before the due dates.  Mike took them on, broke them down into smaller, manageable pieces, coordinated input from several sources and wrote the first draft.  He then fine tuned the documents with comments from all levels of management and emailed the final versions in plenty of time for our field people to get them printed and delivered to the customers.  Mike met and exceeded our expectations.  We were totally satisfied.
